The first release candidate (1.0 RC1) of the JASMINe project has been released.

Enjoy to install it, try it and to provide us some feedback. You can use mailing lists or the bug tracker to do this.

We need you to improve and stabilize this version.

News and Noteworthy

JASMINe Design & Deploy

• The ecore model, the base of the design module, has been refined. Some bug have been fixed in the JASMINe console.
• JASMINe nodes can now be deloyed from the JASMINe console with the deployment engine FDF.
• The communication between the JASMINe console and the JASMINe control node has been secured, using authentication and authorization mechanisms of JAAS.

JASMINe Monitoring

• The monitoring tool, MbeanCmd, has been open-sourced.
• An event switch, based an the ESB Mule, is now available. Monitoring events from MbeanCmd can be published in this event switch and stored in a database.

JASMINe Self-management

• This module, which is still a prototype, is based on the rules engine Drools. This engine has been upgraded from Drools 3.x to 4.x.
